Hi People!

We are 3d computeranimation and visual effects students from the HKU in the Netherlands
and we are pleased to announce our graduationproject 'Anomaly'. We are making a short
movie that takes place in and around the nuclear wasteland Chernobyl.

This looks great, nicely animated CG dog too.  How big is your team?  And I am wondering what camera you are using for the shoot?

Thanks for posting!

Hey guys!

Thanks for sharing.  Could you let us know what you have done for VFX work on the project other than the CG dog?

I understand that this is just the teaser until the final project is completed?

Cool idea to work an idea around Chernobyl.  Very interesting place.

Cheers,

Mark

Hi guys!

Thanks for your reaction!

@Gillian_Benard: On our website on the 'contact and information' page, you can find our team that is working hard to get this project in the right way. Right now we are busy with casting and creating the models that we are gonna use in the actual movie.

For the movie we have several options for shooting, right now we are testing with the CANON 7D with great results.

@Mark Benard: Yes you're right, the teaser was just for getting the right image of the movie. The production for the teaser was just for R&D. For the final film we have several scenes with different VFX shots coming up.
There wil be a lot of deformed flora and fauna in the movie, a lot of skyreplacements, Russian Choppers and many more.
also The infamous reactor nr 4 will be full cg and we will post some first updates ASAP;)

Here some concept work of some creatures we're making:

Hi everybody,

Last week we we’re casting actors but meanwhile the pre-postproduction had to be done too.
Here some quick updates from our basemodels. This is a follow-up from the first concept image.
We will post more updates only of these two creatures during the project.
There are more creatures in production, but not yet for public.

here boar and rabbit:
